What it is: A “multi-function” face cream from the French brand Clarins that addresses skin concerns such as radiance, firmness and plumpness.
Suitable for normal, combination, oily and dry skin, the “revitalizing” face cream features horse chestnut, desert date, and organic Leaf of Life extract to hydrate, nourish and restore skin.
The purple-hued cream also features persimmon extract, which provides the slight purple tint, and helps to correct any yellow cast on skin.
Suitable for day and nighttime use, the illuminating face cream firms, smooth and hydrates skin.
What we say: Our tester, a woman in her 60s, put this moisturizer to the test and was pleased with the immediate hydration and “luminosity” it gave her skin.
Small pearl pigments in the product provided a nice radiance when applied without giving skin a faux highlighter glow.
A small amount of the light-purple cream was all that was needed to cover the face and neck. She found it wore comfortably throughout the day and left her skin feeling soft and smooth.
