Yahoo Sports fantasy analyst Tera Roberts explains why fantasy managers should roll with the Las Vegas WR in Week 9.
Having confidence in the Raiders as a whole is tough.
You never quite know what to expect from garner menu at quarterback last week, he threw two touchdown passes the prior week, he threw zero touchdowns and three interceptions.
And quite frankly, we really don’t even know if he’s going to play a full game.
But despite how ugly things get for the Raiders quarterbacks, Jacoby Myers has actually had a decent season.
Myers is wide receiver 30 in average points per game in half.
PP are averaging 10.4 fantasy points per game, which might not seem like a lot but per perspective that is similar to players like Z Flowers, Marvin Harrison Junior and DJ Moore.
He has had a fine year overall.
He just doesn’t really have that brand name since the exit of Devante Adams.
He’s seen a little bump in volume, but it’s been kind of difficult to gauge because he’s been in very difficult matchups in the games that he has played without Adams.
He has faced Cleveland Denver and Kansas City this week.
He gets a much needed break in the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals defense has been a little bit all over the place but they are vulnerable through the air.
And despite how shaky the Bengals offense has been, I fully expect them to take advantage of this match up here making the Raiders push more volume through the air.
I see Jacoby Myers getting a season high eight receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown.
