The new Systems tool in the DraftKings Sportsbooks’ Stats Hub highlights plays based on various factors that have been trending over the last seven days, last 30 days and the entire season. With this article, we’re going to look at some of the systems that have been trending over the past week with the intent of finding other games that could apply to those systems over the next week of games.
One thing to note about the potential upcoming system matches sections throughout this article. NBA favorite/underdog, spread and totals are generally not available until the evening before games. Also, some systems can be based on the result of a previous game. Confirm the games mentioned under this section are matches prior to making your picks.
Prior to last week’s action, this play was 13-10 on the season, which is a 56.5% success rate. If that rate maintained throughout 2023-24, this would be a great system. But we’re hoping for even more success after what happened last week. Between November 13 and 19, this play went 6-2 (75%).

Also, there’s another trending system that can cross over with our primary system that’s worth noting when considering any games that pop up this week. The over is 17-7 this season when favorites are playing on the second leg of a back-to-back. Both systems apply to DEN-DET, which is my preferred play of the games that apply on Monday.

In the seven days that preceded last week’s article, this system went 8-1-1. In the seven days preceding this article, this system went 6-1. On the season, it’s 20-8-2.

On Monday, we only have one game that applies to this system, and it’s an Eastern Conference battle. But, keep an eye out for Western Conference games to which this system applies. Underdogs went 35-18 ATS (66%) in this setting throughout 2022-23. This season, they’re off to 9-3 ATS start.
